We are looking for a talented In-House Lawyer to join our Legal Team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will provide legal support across various business functions, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks. If you are a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you!
Main responsibilities:
Support the Legal Team in executing the legal strategy on a daily basis.
Provide ongoing legal support for the company, with a focus on GDPR, e-commerce law, contract law, and corporate law.
Draft contracts, regulations, policies, and other legal documents in both Polish and English.
Handling corporate governance for the Company’s bodies (Supervisory Board and Management Board), including preparation and review of corporate documentation
Offer legal advice on various topics as requested by your supervisor/manager.
Contribute to the development of the company’s projects and services by consulting cross-company teams on legal matters.
Manage the legal document workflow, ensuring that all documents are signed, registered, and archived appropriately.
Monitor legislative changes that may affect our business.
Take ownership of tasks and projects, proactively seeking legal solutions.
