How you will make an impact:

The mission of the Iterable Professional Services team is to drive customer adoption and value of our products. Our team is made up of Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Technical Consultants, Email Deliverability Consultants, Email Deliverability Compliance Analysts, Strategy Consultants, and our Education Services team

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Professional Services PMO, you’ll lead projects to deliver services to our clients. In this role, the Implementation Project Manager will: 

  • Partner with Consultants to lead multiple, concurrent projects to deliver onboarding and adoption services to clients.
  • Oversee and ensure the success of  subcontracted or partner led projects by managing resources as an extension of the Professional Services team.
  • Engage with Account Executives, Software Developers, Marketing Managers, and other stakeholders in our client base to successfully scope and drive the project through successful completion.
  • Become knowledgeable about the Iterable product and use cases.
  • Work collaboratively across groups to secure buy-in and drive issues/risks to resolution.
  • Resolve and transform complex concepts into executable plans.
  • Develop and execute deadlines, budgets and project activities.
  • Provide Risk and Resource Management by anticipating bottlenecks, providing management escalation, project prioritization, making tradeoffs, balancing the customer needs versus technical constraints and driving initial objectives.
  • Meet or exceed targets for CSAT (customer satisfaction), achievement of project goals, and Utilization.
  • Understand that our customers are the reason we come to work every day, and will advocate on their behalf to internal teams including Product Management, Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Exhibit our PS Service Principals daily: consultative, accurate, leverage all resources available to you, organized project managers, proactive, responsive and kind.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Skilled in managing highly complex projects with large enterprise customers
  • Experience in B2B customer-facing service delivery project management
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, SaaS startup environment
  • Extensive experience in the MarTech industry
  • Proficient with Google Enterprise Suite and project management tools such as SmartSheet or Kantata
  • Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, and concurrently manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels across the organization.
  • Collaborative, while able to influence and persuade.
  • Demonstrable understanding of PMI project management standards and guidelines
  • Servant leadership and a passion for driving high levels of employee engagement
  • Ability to travel to customer sites when required (this is currently being accomplished virtually)
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes, while showing a positive attitude
  • Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain good rapport with both internal and external customers to handle situations with confidence and tact.
  • Experience building process documentation to outline current or new processes
  • Strong negotiation skills used to resolve conflicts and find win-win scenarios

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $117,500 - $147,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
