The Role:

DailyPay is seeking a forward-thinking, organized, and enthusiastic Implementation Manager to join our rapidly growing company in NYC. This individual will be a pivotal member of our Implementation team, leading the deployment of our SaaS solution for our Small to Enterprise sized accounts. This person will lead the technical integration between third party vendors and DailyPay. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle from pre-sales to go-live. Success in this role will rely on a combination of strong discovery skills, technical proficiency, confidence, working with clients and C Suite stakeholders, and the ability to manage the details while seeing the bigger picture.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead the technical aspects of the DailyPay integration for Small to Enterprise sized customers
  • Perform comprehensive discovery and build robust documentation of the implementation requirements
  • Perform technical research to provide unique solutions for complex customer integrations
  • Become a specialist in our product, configuration, and internal processes
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
  • Work hand in hand with the sales team to assist with pre-sales and scoping discussions
  • Suggest new product features and functionality based on implementation experience and feedback from DailyPay customers

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Implementation of SaaS solutions
  • Experience working with demanding, high-stakes accounts, managing operational and C-level stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day needs to manage these relationships
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT
  • Experience with sFTP automation and API builds (reviewing logs, troubleshooting, etc.)

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with HCM, Payroll and Time Management Systems
  • Experience with Dell Boomi or similar products

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
