Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Implementation Consultant. This person will oversee set-up and configuration of Pereview for multiple clients.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing SaaS software in the Real Estate industry.  This individual should have strong analytic skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to collect and load operational and financial data into Pereview.
• Configure client Pereview sites for investment structures, dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with internal team members on various configuration requirements.
• Utilize project management software to keep track of tasks and timelines.
• Investigate, modify, and prepare excel workbooks from simple to complex.
• Independently perform data validation, reconciliations and troubleshoot errors.
• Document configuration and customization choices with concise notes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of strong data-oriented analytical skills.
• Extensive experience reconciling data using Microsoft Excel features, including formulas.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong inter-personal skills.
• Exhibit self-motivation whether working independently or on a team.
• A strong sense of urgency around solving problems, meeting deadlines, and achieving critical goals.
• Real Estate Industry
• Experience implementing SaaS software

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or computer science.
• Experience in Real Estate including Fund/Asset Management, and Investment Legal Structures.
• Experience implementing Real Estate Software such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Argus, Appfolio.
