The Implementation Consultant is a key member of the Client Services team. In this role, you will be a key driver of client success by developing implementation strategies and supporting product design and configuration during implementation. You will collaborate with other members of the Client Services team, the Product team, and the Sales team to support our Banking Platform clients. We are looking for energetic candidates with a strong intellect, a passion for finance, the ability to execute with excellence, and superior communication skills. This individual will report to our Director of Consulting. Applicants may choose to work remote or office based in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.
What You'll Do:
- Develop subject-matter expertise in the Sageworks Banking/Loan Origination platform
- Lead multiple client implementations of various sizes and complexity through the design & configuration of our banking platform solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact and communication with the customer and maintain accurate project plan details

Manage the day-to-day execution of project implementations including the review of customer requirements, monitoring project progress and timelines, and identifying and resolving issues to drive project success
- Communicate design strategy and pertinent configuration details to the client education team responsible for customer training in a timely manner

Maintain job aids and training materials for product design and configuration
- Drive successful adoption and coordinate post-implementation Account Management handoff to the Client Success Manager

Work with the Client Success team to monitor and support product usage, client satisfaction, and configuration needs.
- Collaborate with the Product team to maintain and enhance product functionality based on client feedback
- Provide customer service through technical support, product feedback, and client follow-up
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or SaaS product implementations
- Banking experience and credit knowledge preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent facilitation skills to lead client engagements and working sessions
- Demonstrate attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients
