We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IELTS Instructor to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation classes, ensuring students' understanding of course material, and providing comprehensive support to enhance their learning experience. The role involves conducting classes, managing students’ queries, solving doubts, and ensuring that each student is well-prepared for the IELTS exam. The classes will be conducted using smartboard technology, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct 36 classes per month across approximately three batches, with a focus on IELTS preparation, utilizing Smartboard technology to create engaging and interactive lessons.
Assist the lead teacher by addressing student inquiries and providing additional explanations during classes, ensuring that all students fully understand the material.
Serve as the support teacher, promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise during class to maintain a smooth learning environment.
Actively participate in the online student community, particularly on Facebook, by answering questions and offering guidance on IELTS-related topics.

Conduct dedicated sessions to clarify student doubts and address any concerns related to the IELTS syllabus, ensuring students are well-prepared for their exams.
Administer and evaluate mock tests to assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
Class Operation: Collaborate with the Content Operations team, who will manage the administrative aspects of class operations, ensuring zero additional operation costs.
Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of teaching quality by working closely with the administrative team to monitor and control the quality of lessons delivered.
Operational Efficiency: Contribute to minimizing class cancellation rates, thereby ensuring a structured and efficient operation.
IELTS Band Score 8.0 or more, preferred.
Certified IELTS trainer with a strong understanding of the IELTS exam structure (Optional)
Experience in teaching IELTS or similar standardized tests.
Proficiency in using educational technology, particularly Smartboard systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
