Let’s start with the role

We're looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Bogotá and support our employees!

As an Helpdesk Technician will:
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees, leveraging your technical knowledge and initiative.
  • Manage user accounts, including setup for new hires, updates for departing employees, and role changes.
  • Set up, install, and configure equipment for new team members, tailoring systems to individual needs.
  • Proactively communicate with users about support tickets, keeping them informed on progress and estimated resolution times.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to solve problems and improve processes.

 What you'll bring:

  • Experience providing IT technical support.
  • A customer-oriented mentality and excellent problem-solving skills with a critical thinking approach.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues within Microsoft and Apple environments.
  • Familiarity with standalone and network printers.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to work effectively with others.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong English skills.

 Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Jira.
  • Basic Networking skills.
