About the role

We are committed to safeguarding digital assets and ensuring the highest level of security for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior IAM Governance Architect & Engineer with expertise in O365 IAM/PIM and PAM.

As an IAM Governance Engineering Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing security, compliance, and efficiency across our organization. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Solution Design: Architect, design, and plan a full end-to-end 
  • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Solution: Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish an effective governance framework.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Be the technical authority in IAM/PAM governance and administration. Drive the adoption of IAM/PAM programs by providing expert guidance and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Customization and Scripting: Support custom scripts or code that enhance IAM/PAM capabilities. Leverage your technical skills to optimize IAM/PAM processes and workflows.
  • Security Posture Enhancement: Influence security strategies by evaluating business requirements. Oversee the development and life-cycle management of services related to Identity Governance & Administration.
  • Technical Escalation Point: Set and drive technical architecture for IAM/PAM tools. Serve as the final escalation point for complex IAM issues.
  • Integration with Legacy and Modern Systems: Enable legacy and modern identity providers (such as AD, Okta, ADFS, Azure AD, certificates, and PKI) for management by IAM tools.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to knowledge sharing within the community, including best practices, lessons learned, and learning events.
  • Hands-On Implementation: Demonstrate hands-on expertise in architecting and implementing IAM/PIM/PAM solutions.

Requirements

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security or similar degree, or a comparable infirm education
    • First-hand experience with programming languages required, development experience in any cloud environment is a plus
    • Excellent communication and people-focused skills
    • Eager to learn and improve your cloud application security skills
    • Ideally, initial professional experience of DevSecOps in the cloud, secure cloud configuration, secure cloud operations, vulnerability management
    • Fluent in English and open to other cultures and ideas
    • A sense of humor
