Support with the architecture, design and implementation of the used IAM solution
Connecting application systems, directory services and cloud services to the IAM tool landscape
Participation in conceptual workshops for the further development of the IAM
Technical contact person within the company for the topic of IAM
Maintenance and expansion of the IAM systems, including corresponding documentation
Possess a security-first mindset and adeptly navigate complex software architectures
Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in identity and access management (IAM) areas such as authentication, authorization, etc
Understand industry-standard security concepts and protocols like SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, and RBAC
Familiarity with information security frameworks, standards, and policies
Extensive experience developing high-quality software in modern programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
Experience with third-party IDP integrations
Proficiency with IAM solutions (e.g., Auth0, KeyCloak, Okta, Omada)
Show a keen interest in security topics
Exhibit a passion for continuous improvement, technical and operational excellence
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus.
