We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Identity Engineer to join our Identity Security Team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within a cloud-native environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our user access management processes. Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and management of IAM solutions, including Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
Participate in the full IAM lifecycle, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
Contribute to the automation of IAM processes using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, providing timely and effective support to users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems.
Document IAM processes, configurations, and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.
Assist in security audits and compliance efforts related to IAM.
Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in IAM or related IT security roles.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts and the IAM lifecycle.
Experience working in a cloud-native environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID is highly preferred.
Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Familiarity with security and cloud concepts.
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent English communication skills.
A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Requirements
Security or cloud professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate).
Experience with API integration with IAM solutions.
Experience with IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) solutions is preferred.
