I/O Psychologist

We are looking for a subject matter expert to join a dynamic assessment team with highly visible impact. You will collaborate across departments internally and provide recommendations to senior leaders based on your judgments and insights. You will be a hands-on I/O practitioner, designing and conducting applied research.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply domain expertise to support the firm in identifying and assessing candidates
  • Develop and implement research-driven tools and processes
  • Synthesize findings, lead robust due diligence efforts, and produce high-quality recommendations to senior leaders within the firm
  • Serve as a technical advisor in the domain of I/O psychology. Identify and integrate emerging research and techniques to improve internal processes

What’s Required

  • A Master's degree or higher in I/O Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills – you must be able to render the complex simple
  • Demonstrated experience designing, evaluating, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative assessments and organizational data
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to consider alternative views and guard against bias
  • Experience conducting structured interviews
  • We do NOT require previous financial services industry experience.
  • We expect you to be excited and willing to put in the effort required to quickly learn about the industry.
