Our Hybrid Regional Account Manager is the ultimate “road warrior” who is often described as a natural people person! Their goal is to grow dealer revenue through maintaining, retaining, and growing dealer usage and satisfaction of CARFAX’s products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Travel to conduct dealer meetings across various locations within the United States
- Maintain, retain and grow strong relationships while up-selling new products and services to existing dealer accounts
- Achieve monthly revenue goals by driving growth with existing CARFAX dealers
- Increase existing dealer account awareness, engagement and retention by sharing the value proposition of CARFAX products through regular on-site visits, account phone reviews, and zoom presentations
- Have full ownership of the health and growth of your territory
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience managing & retaining key dealer accounts
- 3+ years field sales & service experience, preferably in the retail automotive industry
- 50% National overnight travel: Monday-Friday
- Experience working in a role that requires outbound calling and conducting zoom/video meetings
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Goal oriented and results focused with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to unexpected circumstances on the fly
- Ability to persuade & influence others through demonstrated product knowledge
- Excellent computer skills (Salesforce, MS office, Dealer DMS, online inventory sites) including working from an iPad/iPhone
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive a vehicle to customer locations for 8 hours each day, entering and exiting the vehicle regularly to conduct onsite customer meetings
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
