1)Handling the full breakdown process in the required languages for all products supported within the department and according to the procedures
2)Assuring an active follow-up of open cases via the monitor info
3)Secure the financial arrangements related to a breakdown according to warranty, soft products and financial routines
4)Escalating cases according to the escalation process
5)Using their acquired technical understanding to communicate with all parties in a correct and clear way
Requirements
Necessary language profile: Hungarian + German with English
Basic skills in MS office applications, technical awareness of commercial vehicles, previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
Clear communication skills
Problem solving mindset
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
Ability to attend training in UK for 4 weeks paid by company
