Human Rights Senior Assistant

As part of the Human Rights team at ASOS, you will work collaboratively with the GLH and regional third-party audit team to ensure delivery of key strategic priorities against ASOS’s Fashion with Integrity (FWI) strategy, focusing on reporting of practice throughout the relevant regions supply chain.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Identify, monitor, and address emerging issues in ethical trade and human rights.
  • Provide insight and data to inform ethical trade and human rights reporting.
  • To support and improve the compliance of the relevant regions' supply chain in line with the ASOS Supplier Ethical Code.
  • Consistently managing upwards, feeding back on priorities and highlighting any concerns.
  • Understanding the wider team's priorities for effective workload management.
  • Managing time and prioritising effectively.
  • Clearly expressing opinions and judgements based on learning from prior experience and offering appropriate solutions for discussion.
  • Confidently managing and driving Teams meetings.
  • Represents ASOS in a professional and mature manner.
