Own the development of programs and policies around performance, employee travel, benefits, etc. for a multi-location workforce of hourly and salaried employees
Build and maintain effective HR systems, tools, and processes
Own all HR systems
Leverage strong analytical capabilities to accurately track, analyze, and report out on key operational HR data
Provide local HR and operations support
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Process employee data changes including new hire, terminations, promotions, supervisor changes, transfers, and other transactions as needed
Conduct human resources information system (HRIS) data audits, resolve data issues, and document findings
Basic Qualifications
Experience successfully working in fast-paced startup environment
Experience in creating and scaling HR programs and processes for distributed, hourly and salary workforce
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
