Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process end to end, including crafting job descriptions, posting jobs on websites and communities, shortlisting resumes, liasing with external recruitment agencies, managing the entire recruitment workflow and rolling out offer letters.

Manage the full on-boarding process to cope with rapid expansion plan
- Evaluate training programs and suggest new HR strategies
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Administration of the performance management cycle
- Support workplace experience and engagement activities
- Handle operational issues such as absence and performance management and disciplinary procedures within our team
- Periodical data analysis of HR & business data to drive decision making
Apply if you have
- 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably worked in Product companies
- Demonstrated expertise training and employees engagement
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, and in working with senior leadership
- Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
