As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the HR function, ensuring that our employees are supported and engaged. Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Maintain accurate employee records and HR-related documentation
Conduct training and development programs for employees

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Thorough knowledge of HR principles and practices
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Experience in the security industry is a plus
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
HR certification is preferred
