Role Summary: 

As the HR Manager at Lucidya, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and driving organizational success through effective people management strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, you will oversee all aspects of human resources administration and operations. Additionally, you will lead payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Saudi nationality - fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience managing all HR functions on a daily basis.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and administering HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and deploy training, wellness, and talent development programs, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, admin & operations, and off boarding processes.
  • Oversee and execute payroll processing and familiarity with HRIS systems and relevant software tools is preferred, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and implement a motivating and fair compensation & benefits policy.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in HR-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws and regulations, and proactively recommend necessary changes to company policies and practices.
