Position Overview:
CleanSpark is seeking a dynamic and well-qualified HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the HR department and help drive key HR initiatives across multiple locations. You will help execute day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to best practices. This position is ideal for a hands-on, versatile HR professional with the ability to manage competing priorities who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and has a passion for people.
This role is primarily located in our Norcross, GA facility, with occasional travel to our other sites locations in Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee. This position reports to the Director of HR.
The salary range for this role is $60-$70k/annually.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, including personal information, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
- Administer employee life cycle changes (new hires, terminations, promotions) and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee and supervisor inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Help manage compliance-related training programs such as harassment prevention, safety training, and cybersecurity awareness.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive company culture.
- Handle additional HR duties as needed.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screenings to interviews and offer letters.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, orientation sessions, and facilitating smooth integration into the organization.
- HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects that align with company growth, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and contribute to the implementation of HR best practices that support company goals and culture.
- HR Reporting & Data Management:
- Generate and maintain HR metrics and reports, such as turnover rates, employee demographics, and compliance tracking.
- Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years 3 years in a human resources role is required, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, especially across multiple states.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business need
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 10%
