Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department’s operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. This position involves managing various HR functions including employee relations, administration, and compliance/documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (necesary professional license)
  • +3 years of experience in a similar rol
  • Proficient English
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work in Cuauhtemoc, CDMX (on-site) 
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws (LFT) and ISO certification
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
