Human Resources Coordinator (Employee Onboarding)

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide operations and support to the Human Resources team as well as onboard new employees, manage company policy updates, execute special projects, and perform additional administrative functions including, but not limited to, preparing correspondence, reporting HR trends, highlighting survey results related to the on and offboarding of employees, and generate team building opportunities for Internal HR team. This position reports to a Human Resources Manager within the Human Resources function.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate HR process for new hires, including completing HR documents needed to onboard employees and contractors
  • Plan and execute all logistics for the onboarding of new hires and coordinate with the internal onboarding team
  • Conduct thorough research to aid in policy development and communication
  • Administer annual international and domestic policy updates 
  • Manage the administrative aspects of internal HR documentation, including Intranet and policy guides
  • Facilitate HR offboarding and termination processes, including all documentation and communication
  • Track inventory of CrossCountry materials provided to new hires and liaise with internal departments to submit orders as needed with external vendors
  • Prepare reports and metrics on survey results for the on and offboarding process
  • Concurrently manage multiple and ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment
