Our HR Business Partners are business leaders first, HR leaders second. We hold ourselves to a high standard of understanding the objectives, culture, and talent capabilities of our clients. We quickly identify trends and solve problems in service of achieving Thumbtack’s goals, driving high-performing individuals and teams. We strive to be trusted partners and coaches to people at all levels of the organization.
As an HRBP, you will be joining a team of respected, strategic HR partners. You will elevate us further with your domain expertise, judgment, execution, strong verbal and written communication skills and EQ. Supporting and partnering with other HRBPs across the org, your work will enable the success of our teams. This role reports to the Director of HR Business Partners.

For candidates living in San Francisco / Bay Area, New York City, or Seattle metros, the expected salary range for the role is currently $ 126,000 - $154,000. Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
For candidates living in all other US locations, the expected salary range for this role is currently $107,100 - $131,000. Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
