Job scope and Accountabilities:
·        The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for influential business partnership and generalist HR collaboration with the leaders. The role leads the HR agenda in the region ensuring that the HR partnership meets the commercial and other business expectations, local regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards. Attend to matters arising throughout the region and provide strong overall problem-solving partnership with clients and with the Global HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies and processes aligned with organizational objectives.
·        Develop new human resources programs to meet legal requirements and changing organizational needs.
·        Initiate and implement the human resource agenda for all generalist activities, for example performance matters, compensation cycles, training & coaching needs, etc., and ensure compliance, while problem-solving and addressing the business challenges.
·        Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
·        Facilitate employee development initiatives, training programs, and succession planning.
·        Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns, and promoting a culture of open communication.
·        Develop plans and energize the organization culture, framework for action, and people engagement. Implement new programs, including providing appropriate retention strategies and cultural enhancements.
·        To undertake project work as defined by the VP of Global HR.
·        Provide day-to-day business partnership with other regional HR representatives to deliver exceptional HR services and drive the HR agenda.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
·        Ideally, bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
·        Demonstration of HR business partnership success, directly related experience in a commercial environment or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
·        Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
·        Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
·        Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
·        Computer literate in all Microsoft Office 365 based applications, including high level of comfort with manipulation of data in Excel and PowerPoint to manage routine requests.

Interpersonal Skills:
·        Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the ability to work within all levels of an organization.
·        Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment, matrix environment.
·        Excellent problem solving, change management and influencing skills.
·        Has excellent diplomacy, literacy, writing and numerical skills.

- Customer Focus: Providing exceptional service and quality to external and internal customer; Understanding and working in past organizations that have centralized and de-centralized structures as business requirements change; Can articulate the HR deliverable to afford commercial partnership for success.
- Self-Awareness: Accepting responsibility for personal development and actions; Have clear objectives and strives to exceed them; Takes ownership for personal career and skill development; Practices mindfulness and aware of personal placement.
