The HR Business Partner (HRBP), plays a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This role involves partnering with business units to develop and execute HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational success. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping to create a positive workplace culture and fostering employee development and satisfaction.
- Working as a strategic partner with business leaders to manage their teams on a broad range of generalist HR issues
- Provide proactive and reliable daily operational and advisory support to the organization
- Champion best practice data and systems management and contribute to continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices
- Help to ensure timely data reporting and analytics generation for the business stakeholders
- Work with the Global and Local HR team on transformation projects
- Hands on approach to tackle everything from administration to coaching conversations at all levels whilst we transform the HR organization
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate tasks and projects
- Understand business needs and influence managers to implement initiatives and changes in practice
- The ability to understand the link between talent, HR initiatives, and business strategy and recommend new approaches and processes that support optimal employee engagement and performance.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar HRBP or HR Generalist role, preferably with a strong background in an IT or technology-driven organization.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in HR data analysis.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional HR certification is a plus.
