We are searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Ensenada, Mexico.  

Essential Functions:

  • Promotes and maintains respectful environments in labor relations based on organizational values. Creates and maintains appropriate environments for employees to develop to the fullest, reporting individual achievements and / or groups.
  • Benchmark with other maquiladoras industries to promote the best practices due to turnover, absenteeism, and retention.
  • Generates organizational criteria and guidelines to keep Kardex organized and updated with employee information.
  • Participates in a new hire orientation program.
  • Promotes different organizational programs of preventive character such as Recognition and Reward, Organizational Values, seeking to maintain the motivation in the employees.
  • Update HR systems according to employee information.
  • Supports the different departments for the application of the Internal Regulation of work, carrying out the investigations, administrative records, application of disciplinary measures, etc.
  • Participates actively in the organization of organizational events that promote camaraderie, sports tournaments, social events, participation of events in the community,
  • Develops, updates, and maintains procedures that are directly in charge of the labor relations function.
  • Coordinate the fully employee services such as transportation, lunch and others.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing environments.
  • Federal Labor Law,
  • Management of the Tress System,
  • Conflict management,
  • Problem solving,
  • Acceptable level of verbal and written communication skills,
  • Skills to convey knowledge through training,
  • Excellent communication skills English and Spanish (Written, verbal and interpersonal)
