Let’s start with the role:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role will be critical in driving HR strategies, fostering organizational effectiveness, and implementing people-centric initiatives that align with our business goals. As a trusted advisor, the HRBP will partner closely with leadership teams to shape talent management, employee relations, performance development, and workforce planning.
As an HRBP, you will:
- Strategic HR Partnership – Align people strategies with business goals to ensure organizational effectiveness:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and expertise to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Understand the business’s goals, challenges, and needs, and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
- Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Change Management:
- Support organizational changes such as restructures, M&A integrations, or other business transformations.
- o Provide change management expertise to help employees navigate transitions and minimize disruptions.
- o Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement communication strategies to ensure transparency during periods of change.
- Talent Management & Development – Drive talent acquisition, performance reviews, and leadership development programs:
- Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development programs.
- o Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
- o Drive the implementation of talent development programs that enhance employee skills and readiness for future roles.
- Employee Relations & Cultural Development – Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and resolve complex employee relations issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving complex employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to promote a healthy and inclusive work culture.
- Oversee any other matters related to Compensation & Benefits Guidance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), HR Policy & Compliance, Employee Engagement & Culture.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Senior experienced candidate on HR in multinational environments, with solid expertise in an HR leadership or business partner role.
- Proven success in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Strong experience in talent management, workforce planning, and compensation strategy design.
- Fluency in English.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven orientation.
