WHAT YOU'LL DO
High-Volume Recruitment Specialist: Lead our high-volume hiring initiatives, identifying and securing top talent to enhance our team. Your expertise in recruitment will be key to building a high-performing workforce.
Scheduling Coordinator: Effectively manage schedules and workforce logistics, ensuring optimal team performance throughout the season.
Orientation Facilitator: Deliver engaging and comprehensive orientations for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared and feel welcomed from the start. You will introduce them to our company culture, policies, and expectations, setting them up for success.
Team Member Experience Manager: Manage the complete team member lifecycle, from application to offboarding. You will provide a smooth and supportive experience at every stage, handling onboarding, performance monitoring, and offboarding with care and professionalism.
Associate Advocate: Act as a key support contact for our associates, addressing their needs and ensuring they have the resources to succeed in their roles.
Data Analyst: Leverage HR analytics to gain insights that drive our seasonal success. You will monitor hiring metrics and refine scheduling strategies using real-time data.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
HR Expertise: Demonstrated experience in HR, with a focus on high-volume recruitment, scheduling, and managing the team member experience.
Operational Management Skills: Strong capability to oversee and manage HR operations, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and offboarding processes are executed efficiently.
Adaptability: Ability to excel under pressure and quickly adapt to the dynamic demands of the season.
Empathy: A supportive and approachable attitude, with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment for all associates.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in ATS, HRIS, scheduling software, and Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
Languages: Preference for candidates who are fluent in Spanish, French, or Mandarin.

This is a full-time, hourly position that ends mid-December with an hourly base salary range of $21/hr. The role does require some weekends and has overtime potential.
