This position requires working from office most days with some flexibility and will also require some overlap in work hours with US staff.

Who you are

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic junior HR associate to assist in the recruitment efforts of our organization. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome candidates with 0-3 years of experience who are looking to build their career in the field. The role will involve identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our company's growth

What you will do

  1. Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
    • Actively build a candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
  2. Screening and Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  3. Assist in Recruitment Process:
    • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Communicate with candidates and provide updates on their application status.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment, with a passion for talent acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
