Karbon is hiring a Human Resources Administrator who is passionate about delivering an amazing people experience. As our Human Resources Administrator, you will provide top-notch internal and external customer service, working closely with the entire global organization to promote and maintain an environment that focuses on collaboration and teamwork, support, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of human resources. From using templates to populate important letters, to HRIS admin and ensuring our new Karbonites globally get set up for success in their onboarding, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations. This is a fast paced dynamic role that will suit someone who is passionate about Human Resources, but also able to move quickly and have the insight to ask and research when needed. You'll receive hands-on coaching, development, and mentorship from both the Vice President of People & Places and the Manager of Talent Acquisition, providing you with exciting learning and growth opportunities.
About the role
Reporting to the Vice President of People & Places, the Human Resources Admin will play a pivotal role in ensuring every candidate receives a stellar onboarding and employee experience. Your contribution to the day-to-day global operations of the People team will be invaluable, and you will be the first point of contact for general inquiries regarding benefits, time off and leave policies, and more.
