We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Administrator to join our team based in Hindmarsh South Australia to support our AgroScience & AgroTesting businesses across Australia.
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, you will contribute to the ongoing implementation of the Eurofins people strategy by providing high-quality administrative support to the HRBP and to the broader AgroScience and Agrotesting businesses.
This diverse role will give you the opportunity to participate in a broad range of people related activities including but not limited to:
• Phone screening potential candidates
• Conducting pre-employment checks such as VEVO (Visa) Checks
• Preparation of contracts and new hire documents
• Ensuring returned documents are completed before sending to payroll
• Creation of employees and maintaining the data integrity of our ILM system
• Local ILM Coordinator
• Performing inductions where applicable
• Preparation of employee variation letters
• Ensuring documentation is submitted to payroll before cut-off times
• Triaging HR enquiries including emails sent to the shared HR inbox
• Employee engagement
• Graduate and vacation programs as appropriate
• Talent acquisition and retention
