Human Resource Operations Specialist

Human Resource Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions across the APAC region and providing global support in specific areas. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a understanding of HR best practices.

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding and exit processes, including Jira ticket management, system updates, and training coordination.
  • Support benefits administration, including insurance and other benefits enrolment, deletion, and grievance handling.
  • Administer leave policy, address queries, conduct audits, and maintain system balance.
  • Assist with Internship and Management Training Programs, including robust onboarding, learning series, and program implementation.
  • Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, artwork initiatives, and CSR activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide payroll inputs.
  • Oversee vendor management office facilities, and e-vendors.
  • Manage logistics for onboarding kits, ID cards, and office requirements.
  • Manage travel desk operations.
  • Provide support to HRBPs with various reports, system changes, and administrative tasks
  • Handle policy and process queries through dedicated HR inbox
  • Conduct and manage background checks

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in the APAC region
  • Experience with Jira and Pluxee is a plus
