Human Resource Manager

  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll process
  • Monitoring employee development system through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
  • Ensure that administrative records and employee documentation are updated (PKWT, Mutation, Demotion, Promotion, Counselling, Warning Letter, etc.).
  • Develop, optimize and regulate company regulations.
  • Control and responsible for matters related to labor and law (industrial Relations, Licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.).
  • As company representatives for Union and External communication.
  • Audit KPI or OKR, Government Audit/Inspection.
  • Legal Documentation Process.
  • Assist on the HR business partnering initiative i.e., HR Dashboard.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Economy, Human Resource Management or Law
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as HR Manager
  • Familiar with employment laws and regulations (industrial relations, licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.).
  • Knows how to operate Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR support applications (HRIS)
  • Experience at training and development, performance appraisals and employee evaluation (OKR, KPI, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of service, both internally and externally
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
