Overview

Our client is a Hong Kong outdoor furniture brand & manufacturer with factories in Dongguan. They are now looking for a HR Manager to work in both Hong Kong and China and this role will report to Founder directly.
 
 

What You Will Do

  • Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in China and Hong Kong.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Travel frequently to China for HR operations and initiatives.

What You Will Need

  • Proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, especially in China and Hong Kong.
  • Must be willing and able to travel frequently to China.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
