- HR Strategy. Support development and delivery of market HR Strategy and lead the communication, implementation and measure of key talent initiatives and approaches to support fast-paced business growth.
Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower needs and tailor manpower planning to support business development and latest situation
- Responsible for all talent acquisition process from sourcing to finalization
- Ensure a readily available pool of talents are in place to facilitate business growth
- Advise business leaders on the market trend of talents insights including local employment practices and changes
Talent Development & Learning, Engagement
- Drive and facilitate the new way of performance management
- Identify training and development needs and support the growth of existing talents by identifying training and development needs
- Working with business leaders to drive key talent development and retention efforts
- Develop employee engagement initiatives to nurture an engaged and Diversity & Inclusion culture
Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations Management
- Work closely with C&B for compensation & benefit trends, retail commission, and relevant packages
Others
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- University graduate in HR management, business management or any related discipline
- 10 years of relevant experience in the field of human resource generalist / HR business partnering
- With at least 3-5 years of manager experience
- A genuine working partner with can-do attitude and an open mind, think outside the box for the good of business
- Curious of the day to day, welcome challenges and adaptive to changes
- Good command of Excel and English writing ability, fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin a plus
