For our regional headquarters in Singapore, we are looking for a 

Human Resource Intern | Clean Energy APAC (May to Aug 2023)

Your Responsibilities:

1. To provide general administrative support on various HR tasks and projects
2. To assist in preparing and updating HR forms, policies and processes, onboarding deck 
3. To maintain and prepare Tracker, Forms and Reports
4. To assist in talent acquisition matters
5. Schedule and coordinate online/physical interviews
6. Follow up response to applications via job portal (Greenhouse)
7. Any other ad-hoc support and task assigned by HR Business Partner 

Your Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resource  
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong communicator and a team player
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Credit-bearing internship preferred
