About You:

- We are looking for a HR professional to join our global People & Places Team at Uniphore, working for the HR Director, Europe.
- You will work in a hybrid model, spending time in our Nottinghamshire office (Bradmore NG11) and London (In future) to create a strong presence and meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders. You will be a highly proactive self-starter, extremely organised and thrive in an environment that is mission-driven, results oriented and team spirited!

What You'll Do:
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- You should have experience in an HR generalist role, combined with experience working in a comparable industry/organisation. You must be confident in your ability to manage a diverse workload. We would consider a confident HR Advisor wanting to progress.
- You will need to have knowledge of employment law across the UK, if you have experience of European employment law that would also be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and be an effective problem solver.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
- An innovative, self-starter who is self-motivated and confident with excellent commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good judgment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, any experience of Workday would be great.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or CIPD qualification is desirable but not required.
- Experience with Workday is desirable.
