Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including on-boarding, new joiner orientation, offboarding, employee engagement, training.
- Preparation of offer letters, collecting & verifying of Individual documents and maintaining personnel files, intimation to IT/ Admin/ Business leaders on new joiner joining date through JIRA – Information Management Tool, Planning, Coordinating and HR & Business Orientation.
- Speaking with candidates on pre-joining formalities, setting the new joiner in HR Systems, coordinating with IT and admin team on handover/shipment of company assets and welcome kit. Also initiating Background verification.
- Maintenance of personal files and HR documentation
- Manage HRIS including all the employee records, attendance and leave management, performance management.
- Execute and follow up quarterly and annual Performance review and awards and recognition,
- Preparing monthly payroll inputs and handling employee queries.
- Be the custodian statutory compliances.
- Be an active member of Fun committee and conduct employee engagement and fun activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle day to day Operations of the organization,
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis,
- As part of job responsibilities, you are required to comply with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalency preferred
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
- HR experience in a fast-paced scaling company with tech start-up experience a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
- High task and output orientation - drive towards productivity.
- Flexibility and hands on - willing to roll up sleeves and get things done.
- Ability to learn quickly to be able to understand organizational processes and follow them.
- Must be a values-driven individual with high degree of integrity.
