This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at our corporate HQ in Tempe, Arizona.

We're Looking For:

We are seeking a techno functional Workday HCM Analyst with hands-on experience with Workday data/systems. This will be a challenging and rewarding role. You will work closely with lead and other senior analysts to  identify and design potential solutions, perform system tests, implement changes, and monitor post implementation performance. We need someone who can be trusted to handle this sensitive data, and who will take special care and thought prior to making any system changes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Participates in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new integrations or modules. Understands the importance of change management to facilitate the transition to new technology and processes.
  • Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio.
  • Design BIRT, composite and complex reports as requested by users.
  • Addresses end-user support cases as assigned. Troubleshoots and resolves production support issues, and resolves defects timely and with exceptional customer service.
  • Design, implement and support new Workday HCM functionality, focusing on  internal and external integrations, performing system analysis and consulting with technology team members and other stakeholders to offer optimal solutions
  • Effectively partners with teams such as HR, Recruiting, Benefits, People Ops, IT, and others to provide support for requests for enhancements and troubleshooting. 
  • Performs research into problems, identifying opportunities to correct the situation, and seeks opinions and feedback on suggested solutions. Look beyond the surface to ensure the solution will fix the problem.
  • Perform testing in Sandbox/Preview after Bi-Annual Workday releases deployed
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you should have

  • 2 years or more years configuration experience including but not limited to HCM, Talent & Performance, Compensation, US Payroll, Security Configuration.
  • Experience with Learning Management and Advanced Compensation modules is a plus.
  • 2 years or more experience with EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Studio.
  • 2 Years or more experience with BIRT & Composite reports.
  • Proficiency in creating and editing custom reports and dashboards.
  • Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, and integration systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Must be able to quickly assimilate to new projects or information, and stay organized throughout multiple priorities.
  • Effectively able to write technical matters clearly and verbally restate complex issues in an effective manner for the audience.
  • The ability to work well throughout the department and multiple levels in the organization.
  • Demonstrates priority setting, business acumen, project planning and composure under pressure.
