Salary Range: $50,000k - $62,000k (depending on experience)
The ideal candidate will:
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure compliance with IT governance, software configuration, and program updates across all locations within the program.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to foster effective communication throughout the team and organization while implementing best IT practices.
- Coordinate with corporate resources to maintain quality standards.
- Regularly prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as needed.
- Provide program leadership with integration, analysis, design, development, documentation, and implementation support.
- Assist in training team members on Database Management, ensuring a clear understanding of processes and deliverables.
- Support HSPD-12 enrollments and activations for SmartID cards.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise.
- Three (3) years of experience in IT support.
- Experience in end-user software support, database management, software deployment, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will interact with clients and team members at all levels.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently while demonstrating excellent organizational skills is a must.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Office and GSA scheduling tool (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
- The role primarily involves sedentary work.
- There may be occasional instances of stair climbing.
- Periodic standing and/or walking for extended durations may be required.
- Occasional activities include reaching, squatting, bending, pulling, grasping, holding, and lifting objects weighing 25 - 30 lbs.
- Requires typing for most of the day.
- Effective communication through frequent periods of talking and listening is essential
Education:
- Two (2) years of college education is required; a college degree is preferred.
Clearance Requirement:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of clearance.
