Job Purpose:

To provide functional expertise to HSO’s Dynamics 365 customers both nationally and internationally. Reporting to Head of Functional Services

Requirements

Job Description:

• Domain expert in the D365 F&O and CE.
• Works independently as well as in a team environment.
• Leads a team of Test engineers to deliver test cases to client engagements. 
• Solves complex problems with creative solutions.
• Places emphasis on client satisfaction from testing perspective.
• Helps & works directly with onsite team and client team.
• Project and Team Management.
• Ensure team’s quality meets HSO's standards. 
• 5 to 9 years of experience

Knowledge / Skills needed:

• Expertise in creating test scenarios and test cases.
• Understanding of STLC and SDLC.
• Experience in using Azure DevOps to organize and manage all phases of the software testing process including planning, running tests, and tracking defects, generating, and storing test reports, and interlinking them with the release requirements.
• Hands on experience in client projects.
• Review test cases, troubleshoot problems/issues.
• Must have exposure in various Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or CE modules.

Experience in Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT) or Leap work is an added advantage
