• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee customer success and managed services projects from initiation to closure, while managing budgets and schedules. • Monitor project progress and effectively manage changes to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to provide Delivery and PM perspective in proposal development.
• Manage small-scale on-site projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Act as a support PM during team member absences to maintain project continuity.
• Review and manage internal reporting processes, analyzing project data for insights.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist clients in proactively addressing concerns and ensuring project requirements are met.
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a master's or MBA often preferred.
• Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2..
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of managed services and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
