Requirements
Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with 4-8 years of experience, possessing knowledge in Dataverse Management, CE Development/Project Operations, X++ Development, Data Migration (SQL mandatory), and basic understanding of F&O. As a part of our team, you will contribute to the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dataverse Management: Assist in configuring and managing Dataverse environments, including basic entity customization, field creation, and security role assignment to support client requirements.
- CE Development/Project Operations: Participate in the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, focusing on modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations, under the guidance of senior team members.
- X++ Development: Support X++ development efforts by writing and maintaining code customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365, following established coding standards and best practices.
- Data Migration: Contribute to data migration activities by assisting in data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks using SQL skills, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.
- F&O (Finance & Operations): Gain basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Retail, to provide limited support as needed.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to project teams and end-users, troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality, data migration, and system integrations.
- Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications, data migration plans, and user guides, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and customization.
- Proficiency in Dataverse Management, CE Development/Project Operations, X++ Development, and Data Migration (SQL mandatory).
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ERP/CRM implementation projects.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
