Job Summary:
An HSEQ Professional at ISN Software Co. works on the Health and Safety Review and Verification (RAVS) Team to provide occupational safety-related support to new and existing clients. In this cross-functional role, you will facilitate desktop audits of client’s health and safety documentation, provide support to contractors regarding their company HSEQ processes, join HSEQ-related meetings with customers and participate in various research and process improvement activities.

Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and enhance health and safety review protocols as necessitated by legislated and industry practice requirements
- Assist and support ISNetworld contractor/supplier clients; meet clients at their locations as needed
- Review contractor HSEQ documentation and processes, and communicate compliance/gaps in regard to regulatory requirements
- Perform desktop audits of health and safety programs and/or other HSE documentation
- Coordinate various review protocol development and implementation initiatives
- Attend sales meetings with your Business Development teammates to serve as the HSEQ subject matter expert
- Research, develop and author various resources and reference documents for customers and prospects
- Participate in industry monitoring, HSE professional organisations and other opportunities to continue personal and professional growth
- Continually re-evaluate HSEQ offerings and processes to provide superior service to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related field) from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in an HSEQ role
- Recognised safety certification or equivalent preferred

- HSE or applicable site-level practical experience
- Understanding safety regulations in the Asia-Pacific region and ISO/Management System standards
- Contractor/supplier or reviewer management or self-motivation to learn
- Proven skills or education in auditing HSE systems or eagerness to learn in this area
- Ability to interpret and effectively communicate technical documents and legislative references
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Edge or similar
- Demonstrated personal initiative, ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proactively analyze processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
