HSEQ Coordinator

We are looking for another member to join our HSEQ team!

As a HSEQ Coordinator in DOF, you will play a crucial role in participating in our incident investigations and help us complete both internal and external audits. You will have the opportunity to provide important details in various external systems such as Achilles, FPal, and ESI and deliver necessary HSEQ training. One of your key responsibilities will be to analyze non-conformities, accidents, and hazardous occurrences to determine root causes and offer effective solutions. Rest assured, you will also be responsible for monitoring the non-conformity and incident reporting follow-up process, ensuring that all reports are promptly distributed to the appropriate individuals.

Also, one of your main deliveries is supporting the project with developing HSEQ related documents and plans. You will cooperate with clients to plan the projects to be executed in a safe way. You will participate and lead meetings such as Readiness review, Risk assessments and other safety related meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience as deck officer or relevant university degree within Marine/Nautical/HSE
  • Preferably multiple years of experience in marine offshore operations
  • Good written and oral communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
