We are growing fast and looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation process of Workable's Recruiting & HR solutions for new customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Technical Support, to ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience for our customers.
This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric mindset. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance on best practices, and drive successful adoption of our solutions. You will also monitor implementation timelines and milestones, and proactively address any issues or concerns that arise during the implementation process.
