SUMMARY

 

FullBloom is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate supports alignment between system functionality and the company’s core competencies through data accessibility and system ease of use. The Human Resource Information Services team will support and maintain all HR systems, related services, and applications used across the FullBloom network of businesses, in partnership with the broader HR team.  This is a remote location position.  Candidates from all states should apply.  Philadelphia, PA is the location of the home office. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Significant report writing, utilizing Cognos as well as the ability to program custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports. 
  • Supports optimal function of the organizations internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules. Experience with Ultimate Software and Jobvite is a plus. 
  • Supports internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with operations and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions. 
  • Installs, implements, modifies, and upgrades software and applications to meet changing business and technology. 
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees, including payroll, recruitment, benefits system experience required. 
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users. 
  • Compiles or assists with acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff. 
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. 
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications. 
  • Experience managing confidential information. 
  • Performs other duties as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

 

  • 1-3 years of HRIS or Cognos report writing experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Information Technology or related field strongly preferred. 
  • Proven experience crafting robust data analytics assets and presentations to help business partners better understand their data preferred. 
  • Data Visualization tool experience a plus (e.g., Cognos BI, Tableau, Qlik). 
  • Ability to look beyond the data to tell a story that influences opinions and behavior preferred. 
  • HRIS and HCM tools (e.g., UltiPro, Cognos, iCIMS, Jobvite, CompEase, JDexpert, etc.). experience required. UltiPro experience strongly preferred. 
  • Sophisticated Excel expertise. 
  • Ability to develop strong, positive relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
