eJam is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst/Dashboard Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and presenting insights through visually appealing and interactive dashboards.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, correlations, and business insights.
- Develop visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, or Looker Data Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Maintain, validate data models and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and visualization tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or related role.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Grafana and/or Looker Data Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is a plus.
- Experience working with BigQuery is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Must be willing to work from 12:00 to 21:00 (EET) two days per week, to overlap with colleagues from US.
