- Create comprehensive roadmaps for HR transformation.
- Design HR-IT system architectures tailored to client needs following our SAP product strategy.
- Define functional specifications that align with business goals.
- Optimize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build compelling business cases and perform ROI calculations.
- Conduct readiness assessments to ensure successful transformation.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence into HR processes to drive innovation.
- Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Communicate with stakeholders to maintain alignment and support.
- Conduct project reviews and health checks to ensure ongoing success.
- Experience in HR transformation, preferably within the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Expertise in HR process optimization and technology integration.
- Expertise in HR-IT License and Metric Models.
