HR Technology - Workday HCM

We are looking for an experienced HR Technology - Workday HCM to join our internal team. This position will focus on the management, configuration, and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules to ensure that our internal HR operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HCM functionalities and will work closely with the HR operations team to drive improvements in business processes and system optimization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Workday HCM Core Configuration:
    Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core modules including Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Absence Management. Ensure configurations align with business needs and HR best practices.
  • System Maintenance and Updates:
    Regularly monitor, update, and maintain the Workday HCM system to ensure it is up-to-date and compliant with organizational requirements. 
  • Business Process Management:
    Review and optimize internal HR business processes within Workday, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Work with HR teams to streamline workflows and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
    Provide internal support for the Workday system by troubleshooting issues, addressing user inquiries, and resolving technical problems. Ensure that any issues affecting HR operations are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting:
    Ensure the accuracy of HR data within Workday. Support data audits, perform data validations, and develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
  •   Documentation:
    Create and maintain documentation for Workday configurations, processes, and internal user guides to ensure consistency and clarity across HR teams.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Stay updated with the latest Workday HCM features and functionality. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and overall HR efficiency.
Experience:
  • 6yrs of proven experience working with Workday HCM Core modules (Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, etc.)
  • Experience with Workday security configurations and role-based access management.
  • Familiarity with Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIB).
  • Knowledge of other Workday modules such as Time Tracking or Absence Management is beneficial.
  • Experience working in a large or complex HR environment.
