HR & Talent Manager (Hybrid)
We are currently looking for a HR & Talent Manager ( for a fixed term to cover a maternity leave period) to join our amazing team at Stellar Head Office (London Bridge) to provide HR generalist support to the retail and client servicing teams. About The Role
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide a full HR service for a variety of premium retail brands, Samsung KX and others. This means influencing and working with managers and directors from across the business.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for employee lifecycle compliance and management
Manage all employee relation issues, absence, disciplinaries, grievances, so that issues are resolved promptly, fairly, in line with legislation with minimal risk to the business
Collaborate with HR &Talent Director to ensure Stellar is compliant with legislation and safeguard the business against risks
Recruitment of quality talent
Contribute to employee engagement and retention to help achieve KPIs
Contribute to staff development and wellbeing
Ensure HR system fully optimised to maximise efficiencies
Support the HR & Talent Director with delivery of adhoc projects/tasks

What we are looking
Previous HR experience in a fast paced environment, ideally retail but would consider hospitality
Passion about HR
Good understanding of employment law and can advise and manage employee relation issues
Strong interpersonal skills, can develop a good rapport
Professional but approachable
Organised and accurate with attention to detail
Very good verbal and written communication skills. Able to write letters and policies
Analytical – can use system to pull data and review key metrics
Team player, happy to work as part of the wider HR and Talent team
Proficient IT skills and has used a HRIS system before
Ideally CIPD qualified (level 5) or currently working towards this
What we offer
Fixed Term Contract (9 months)
This role is Monday to Friday (9-5.30) with hybrid working. You will be required to work at our office, London Bridge (2-3 times a week) and from home. On occasions you will be required to visit client locations.
Salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
28 days holidays plus time off for bank holidays

Discretionary bonus, up to 10% of salary (based on targets being achieved)
